serene stay with river views
back river view pool area really good service
our room had a back river view it provided a peaceful atmosphere for our visit the boat house experience let us explore the quiet waters the pool was a great place for the kids to play and unwind the culinary choices were superb. the hotel had an amazing night view i watched the sunset over the water it made for lasting memories the service was really good the amenities were beautiful and the environment was captivating.
the gym was smaller than i expected it had only basic equipment i would have appreciated more variety

digital control automatic curtains personalized care
i found the digitally controlled room features quite modern. the automatic curtains provided ample light as i entered my room. the personalized care from chefs at breakfast was also noteworthy (i had a special request). i also appreciated the fast response from the staff when i had a minor issue.
the location required a minimum 25-minute drive to fort cochin. this distance made quick trips somewhat inconvenient. i wish it was closer to that specific area.

fresh juices attentive service warm room distant staff
The breakfast offered diverse options. I especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices. The staff consistently delivered attentive service and always helped me promptly.
The room was uncomfortably warm. I had difficulty adjusting it to a comfortable temperature even at the lowest setting of 18 degrees Celsius.

amazing experience!
warm welcome special mention elegant exterior
i am so excited to share my experience. the hotel is visually striking with well kept exterior. the staff offered such warm welcomes. they were pretty good when they helped celebrate my wife's birthday making it special.
the mini bar was surprisingly empty. i expected more variety. this was a small letdown during an otherwise excellent stay.
